WHAT IS R_BLOCK?
R_Block is a blockchain startup that offers a solution to this problem in obtaining reliable references during the recruitment process in the form of a SaaS platform intended to bring together recruiters, job applicants and Referees (those who are able to provide reliable references on actual candidates of past performance skills and performances ) in a digital ecosystem that ensures reliable and secure exchange of information for all parties involved. Companies entering the platform to find employees can gain access to Referees to potential candidates and may request more detailed information. Information sent by the candidate or Referee to the employer is encrypted by the company's public key, so no one else can access this information. Thus, while maintaining the security of personal data, this platform provides an opportunity for superiors to gather the necessary and relevant knowledge about candidates' job history and past performance. Compared to traditional job boards where recruiters should rely solely on CVs to assess candidates, this approach seems much more efficient, potentially becoming a more advanced and sophisticated alternative to existing online recruitment solutions.
R_Block resells token sales until December 20, 2017. The company intends to distribute 900,000 tokens - 30% of the total 3,000,000 tokens made. The CV token is an ERC20 compatible token, which can be used to pay for any platform services.
